The process is quite simple. Just get in touch with Custom Auto Glass by calling (208) 867-2517 or email us at Customautoglass.rv@gmail.com. We will ask you for the year, make, and model of your vehicle, as well as any relevant details about the specific part that needs to be replaced. In fact, we can usually identify the correct part just by your license plate number (thanks to CarFax). Once we have all the necessary information, we will schedule an appointment that works for you. Alternatively, you can request a quote and we will get back to you promptly.
Insurance:
If you decide to use your insurance, we can assist you with contacting your insurance company to confirm your comprehensive deductible and file a claim.
Be Aware
When contacting your insurance company, calls are often answered by a contracted third party administrator (TPA). The TPA could be companies such as Lynx Services or Safelite Solutions Network. Safelite Solutions is also known as Safelite Auto Glass
These contracts are obtained by being the least expensive option for the insurance company. Safelite Solutions has a significant financial interest in steering customers to their shop
Insurance companies or their third-party administrators may influence you to use their preferred auto glass vendor. They may also falsely claim that you will be responsible for paying the difference in materials or labor rates billed outside of Safelite’s pricing. This is called steering. With Custom Auto Glass, you only pay if you have a deductible. Remember, you have the right to choose your own auto glass company.
